•    Between 21 and 65 years of age
•    Minimum annual gross income of S$20,000 and above
•    Contract workers or individuals employed less than 6 months in current job will require a guarantor

Self-Employed

•    Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
•    Between 21 and 65 years of age
•    Minimum annual gross income of S$20,000 and above
•    At least 2 years in current business
•    Those whose business established less than 2 years will need a guarantor

Guarantor

•    Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
•    Between 21 and 65 years of age
•    Minimum annual gross income of S$20,000 and above
•    Been working for at least 1 year with at least 6 months with current company, contract or temporary staff are not eligible to apply.
•   Self- Employed: At least 2 years in current business.
  

Gather these original documents:

• NRIC / Identity Card / Passport
• Proof of employment : Latest computerized monthly payslip, income tax statement
  and 15 months CPF contribution statement (For salaried)
  Past 2 years Income Tax Statements (For self-employed)
• Proof of Residence : Latest hand phone bill or Singapore Power services bill
• Latest bank statement/bank account book
• Remember your Singpass Password as you may be requested to keyed in at our office to show us your income for the past twelve months. None of our staffs will take or keep your password.
